was a tiring but fun day ت
had land training in the morning at skl..
during training, the canoeist was told to separate into three groups
and hav a relay competition.. its not lyk a running relay lah.
then after tat tiring relay.. we went back to gym and did exercise? erm, expamle: cablerow, lats pull down, tricep extension and blahblahblah..
training ends at 12pm+ then went to tiong bahru to eat..

meet jesslyn mei at chua chu kang at 2pm..
when i reach there, its just nice.. hahahas
then went to cinema and brought the PLANET 51 movie tickets..
its $6 for 1 ticket.. so damn cheap leh.. hahas
after the 'shop'.. we when to watch planet 51, it so damn funny!!
laught until i wanna cry liao le..
after watching, i went back home..

today..
woke up at 2pm
then just rot at home. haha :D
